MOBILE APPLICATION " ROBZONE ROBOT "

Download the mobile application for controlling the robotic vacuum cleaner to your smartphone or tablet and register for it. To pair the application with the robot, follow the manual of the robotic vacuum cleaner or the instructions in the application.

The name of the current version of the mobile application is " RobZone Robot ".
The application is common to the Robzone Duoro X-GO Profi / Duoro X-GO Homevac and Duoro X-Comfort Profi and Duoro X-Comfort Profi XL robot types.

The current version for the Android system is freely available for download on Google Play and for the iOS system in the AppStore .

ROBOTIC VACUUM CLEANERS CONTROLLED BY THE "ROBZONE ROBOT" APP

The options and functions of the application differ according to individual models and are listed in the description of the vacuum cleaners.

The mobile application is currently available for the following robotic vacuum cleaner models:

PAIRING THE ROBOT WITH THE APPLICATION

After downloading the mobile app, register and prepare a fully charged robotic vacuum cleaner.

For the pairing process, the robot must be switched on with the main switch, in standby mode and placed outside the charging base.

MOBILE APP UPDATE

When using the mobile application regularly, you will be automatically notified and invited to update the application directly on your mobile phone or tablet. To update, just confirm the prompt and start the update. To successfully complete the update, it is necessary to have a sufficiently charged mobile device and a sufficiently large space available in the operating memory. If you do not use the update of the mobile application using the prompt, the update is available for you in Google Play and AppStore.

Search for "Robzone" app in Google Play or AppStore
If you do not have the current version of the application, you will be offered an update automatically.
If you already have the current version, you will not be prompted to update.

To worry-free ensure the current version of the application, we recommend choosing "Background update" for this application in the settings of your mobile device. The current versions of the application, including the version history of the application, are publicly available in the description of the application on Google Play and the AppStore.

ATTENTION : For the Duoro Xclean robotic vacuum cleaner, the mobile application is only available from generation 2.0 (with a purchase date of 11/4/2019 onwards). The Duoro Xclean generation 1.0 vacuum cleaner does not have a connection to a mobile application.
