I need to change my order.
Unfortunately, changes to the order and delivery details in an already issued order cannot be made retroactively for technical reasons.
We recommend that you carefully check all the information provided before completing your order.
If you need to order additional items, please create another order.
I need to edit the issued invoice.
Please send the change request to info@robzone.com and wait for confirmation.
To comply with the GDPR for correspondence, please use the email address you provided in the order.
Be sure to include in your request:
- Invoice or order number
- Requested change
It is possible to change the invoice only within the month in which the invoice was issued. The following month, it is no longer possible to intervene in the invoice for accounting reasons.
Have you received my payment for the item?
We usually receive payment 1-3 business days after bank transfer and usually within 24 hours for online card payment. A confirmation email is then sent immediately.
If you did not receive an email confirming receipt of payment more than 5 days after the payment was made:
Check the SPAM folder in your e-mail box, where the e-mail may have fallen
Check the correctness of the variable symbol in the payment
Check the correctness of the bank account
Check the amount sent is correct

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery details in the order already issued retroactively. We recommend that you check all the details carefully before completing your order.
I don't have an invoice for the purchased goods.
The invoice (tax document) is sent automatically by email only after you have received the goods from the carrier, no later than 10 days after receipt.
If you did not receive the email with the invoice more than 10 days after receiving the goods:
