1. Find out how much you can save with the TRADE-IN program
Do you have an old Robzone robot vacuum cleaner or another brand of robot? If you exchange your old Robzone for a new one, we will give you an additional 10% discount on the purchase of a new one. If you exchange your an older robot of any brand other than Robzone, we will give you a 5% discount on the purchase of a new Robzone robot.
2. Send your old robot to Robzone and get a discount on a new one
First, fill out a short form, print it out and attach it to your old robot vacuum cleaner. Send us a request for a shipping label to info@robzone.com and mark the email TRADE-IN. We will send the label back to you by email. Pack the robot vacuum cleaner, clearly mark the box with TRADE-IN. Stick the shipping label on the package and take it to the nearest Packeta point.
3. Enter the TRADE-IN code when purchasing
Once we receive your old robot vacuum cleaner, we will invite you to order a new robot with a TRADE-IN discount. Payment will be made by bank transfer and you can also apply the Exclusive discount to your order.
